How do I know if we need this? ▼

From 2 to 6 months, depending on what you're facing. We start by understanding your situation (a few weeks), then we work alongside your team to get it done. We can be on-site, remote, or a mix.

It depends on what you need. Sometimes it's figuring out a new company structure. Sometimes it's getting two merged companies to work together. Sometimes it's fixing processes that are broken. The common thread is we handle the messy, cross-company stuff that doesn't fit neatly into anyone's job.
